Are you fluent in English and not afraid of working with internal systems? Are you easy going yet ready to roll up your sleeves? Then you might be a good fit for the role! This is an entry-level role suitable for a fresh graduate, previous experience is therefore not a necessity, we will gladly teach you everything.
Work is based on short and long weeks.
Short week: Wednesday-Thursday (5 days off)
Long week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Working hours: 8.30am - 9pm CET
What you will do:
-Security clearance of the new customers at CloudTalk app and verification of client’s information.
-Professional technical support for existing or new customers. You’ll learn -new information and skills every day.
-Developing and strengthening great relationships with customers.
-Communicating with various types of companies, people and cultures (we have customers from all over the world).
-Taking part in creating technical documentation, knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation for internal and external purposes.
-Contributing to continuous growth of our amazing team.
-Offices in Malaga, Bratislava and Prague
