Talent Sourcer

We are the People team and we are on the mission to find, employ and retain great talent at CloudTalk. We are growing fast (from 30-100 in 7 months) and searching for a Talent Sourcer, who will help us identify best sourcing channels and reach out to a large volume of candidates within different sectors! Currently we are actively recruiting for IT, Sales and Marketing departments.

This is an entry level position so we’ll teach you what you need to know about sourcing candidates :) Passion for or experience with working with data is key in this role.

What you will work on:

- Source, identify and interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, Facebook etc)
- Send outreach messages to desired candidates
- Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists in determining position requirements, sourcing strategies and priorities
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs
- Work with data in Google Spreadsheet, analyze reply rates and other statistics
- Request referrals from current CloudTalk employees and external networks
- Contribute to promoting our employer brand on online and offline platforms
- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System - BambooHR
- Report weekly activities and candidate conversion rates

You are someone, who is:

- Native in Czech or Slovak
- Fluent in English (other languages are a big plus!)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Curious and creative
- Hungry to learn from various trainings about most moderns trends/techniques in talent sourcing
- Data-driven
- Intermediate knowledge of excel or Google sheets (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
- Knowledge of technical recruitment (IT) is a plus
