Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Lead daily stand-up meetings with your L1 team
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings with an advanced L2 support team to stay aligned
- Organize and run 1:1 monthly meetings with your team
- Perform general monthly evaluation meetings
- Participate in monthly meetings regarding L1-L2-L3 cooperation
- Perform regular checks of tickets and chats focused on increasing productivity
- Communicate and organize meetings with VIP customers
- Take responsibility for escalations
- Onboard new team members
- Perform monthly billing checks
- Be in charge or refunds
- Trigger payments on demand
- Edit Invoices on demand
- Keep a VIP list of customers updated and integrated with LiveAgent.
- Provide information from road map on demand
- Approve Vacations and take responsibility of shifts scheduling
- Update and write internal and public articles

2 years experience working in Customer Support is a must.
Experience from a start-up is an advantage but not a must.
