We work within the Property Industry creating home owner solutions for the major developers. When someone purchases a house from a developer they get given all the information required regarding the build of the house. All the fixtures and fittings information plus appliance manuals and warranties, development and wider vicinity information. Classic Folios provide all this information either through tradition print materials or the online digital solution, Spaciable. This is now being further developed as Spaciable Living which is an app that developers supply to their home buyers, but can also be utilized by landlords and concierge. It is being constantly adapted and upgraded for other markets, whilst simultaneously advancing in the property arena.
