What will you do?

Consulting Services  
• Accountable for IT Demand & Project Portfolio analysis and reporting.
• Accountable to manage Portfolio and Demand according to the Investment committee decisions
• Maintains the Standard Demand Process
• Facilitates Demand & Project reviews
• Review and approve changes to the delegated portfolio projects
• Ensures that the supervised IT project portfolio as a whole supports the achieving of business goals by IT Service Consumers in economic manner (business value)
• Interfaces to PPM Support team and ensures capabilities are enhanced enabling business value

Operations
• Aligns and requests PPM and PBI capability improvements
• Maintains Demand/Project Workspaces according to SteerCo & Investment Committee decisions
• Supports PMO to establish, rollout and enforce the project/program management methodologies and disciplines, to promote consistency in demand management, project and portfolio management, project management, time and resource management, project deployment, change management
• Mentoring business relationship managers (BRMs), Portfolio Owners and project managers on key PPM processes, governance and PPM tool usage
• Execute Project Phase Gate reviews for delegated projects(portfolio)
• Execute Pre-Gate reviews for projects
• Monitor/Address Project financial related status and issues and their impact on financial waterline
• Represent the portfolio owners in the design and the continuous improvement of global DM/PPM processes, PM methodology and establish processes accordingly
• Establish/Improve project portfolio reporting to support and facilitate project prioritization
• Establish/Improve tools to support DM/PPM/PM processes. Act as SME for these tools
• Manage continuous improvements for the DM/PPM tools
• Gather & evaluate KPIs to measure IT PMO processes, manage continuous improvement based on these KPIs
• Support IT Compliance activities with regards to project management and application change management.
• Champion and promote service improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction of service consumption of Demand & Portfolio services.
• Proactively identifies areas for improvement, shares lessons learned with the team and encourages others to do the same

FUNCTIONAL AREA KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: 
• Partner with the IT business partners and SME’s to create/improve process and service models which reflect appropriate request offerings for their business needs.
• Provide quality assurance on configuration and development changes.
• Review Project delivery in the assigned portfolio
• Ensure work is properly documented including all key customizations and report specifications
• Follow proper controls in the areas of security, access, separation of duties, design and release standards.
• Along with the BRM, maintain ongoing awareness and detailed insight into the portfolio of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to potential demand creation and prioritization. This will include early awareness of potential change control matters.
• Gather, reviews requirements and support UAT sessions with stakeholders (as needed)
• Make effective proactive value add recommendations followed up by action leading to positive concrete results contributing to business and IT success
• Proactively communicate the status of your work to your development team leader.  Include current estimate-to-complete for your tasks, accomplishments, current workload, issues and roadblocks
• Provide regular and consistent communication to contacts on status of their issues or requests
• Provide proactive identification and escalation of application issues that require an increased focus or management attention
• Adapting to cultural and organizational climates across global team
• Work with cross-functional team, contractors, and vendors to deliver business functionality

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Business Administration or other relevant area
• Minimum 2-4 years of IT experience
• Advanced Project Management Skills, demonstrated with experience of both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
• PMI or PMI-ACP certification beneficial.
• Demonstrated proficiency in portfolio and project tools specially MS Project and Daptiv
• Additional ServiceNow ITBM knowledge beneficial
• Agile/Safe Agile Knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS office tools, MS SharePoint, MS Flow, specifically MS PowerBI (dashboard design) and MS Excel, including complex workbooks and pivot tables, as well as MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.
• Demonstrated ability to design/provide decision supporting solutions by interpreting customer needs, assessing business requirements and identifying timely solutions with clear and concise functional specification requirements for assigned work.
• Knowledge of Automotive and Aftermarket Business Processes

The starting salary is at min 2 700 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria. The final offer can be higher.
