Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Responsibility for general company coordination, HR, management of administrative and financial responsibilities
• Achieving strategic goals and key tasks for the local office and the region
• Oversight and responsibility for the admin team (managerial accounting, legal accounting, admin)
• Coordination of partners in the region as well as the communication and reporting with CIVITTA group
• Managing cost control, receivables, utilization, staffing, admin budget
• Facilitating the cross-border cooperation of the office with the rest of the CIVITTA group
• Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.
• Development of policies that promote company culture and vision.
Our requirements:
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• You are passionate about innovation, technology and consulting and want to gain more experience in this area
• You have an academic background in Economics, Management, Business or similar
• You are a self-starter – you have the ability to work independently, taking initiative to advance projects and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• You have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Slovak
• You have a convincing communication style, being able to formulate your own opinion, backed up with arguments and confidence
• You demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial attitude and business mindset
• You thrive in a team but is also an independent thinker
