Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- proposal and implementation of marketing activities in order to support the attainment of strategic objectives of the law firm
- coordination, implementation and evaluation of marketing activities
- development of a marketing strategy
- market monitoring and processing of information for the law firm, monitoring of offered conferences, workshops, practice group
- working with individual members of the law firm on improving their presentation, related marketing materials, CVs, online profiles, etc.
- coordination of the law firm’s networking (Lex Mundi, World Services Group, others)
- preparation of events of the law firm
- supporting the company's participation in events of marketing significance
- monitoring of legal directories and preparation of submissions and interviews
- budgeting and controlling the use of budget funds for marketing purposes
- responsibility for preparing reports regarding the company's marketing activities
- updating of information about the law firm and its members on social media networks and websites
- responsibility for creating and maintaining the corporate identity and other promotional materials for presentation purposes
