Job description, responsibilities and duties

Strong ownership of work order quality and all relevant processes working closely with CMMS team members to ensure all data points are accurately reflecting business operations, especially statutory compliance work orders. Serving as SPOC for regional and local Ops teams – active engagement on daily basis. Proactively identify any potential risks and opportunities reading the data trends and creating data analysis.

  • As part of Operational Performance & CMMS Team, BP Analyst will primarily support work order management activities – measurement, analysis, future and past trend review and forecast reporting and consultancy
  • Contractual reporting of KPIs and SLAs driven by work orders – reactive and planned, customer satisfaction, ad hoc reports, relevant projects and other.
  • Responsible for reporting activities in countries and sub-regions assigned to you – ownership of the overall regional work order quality and active collaboration with other PfM team members as well as local operations teams.
  • Preparing reports focusing on data trends and observations, action plans and future strategic opportunities within scope of work order management, reporting and advanced analytics.
  • Delivery of presentations using online data sources and offline tools to all levels of account team as needed – from local levels focusing on detailed case by case observations and assistance with drafting action plans to mitigate gaps and prevent any potential future risks, to senior levels of regional and global leaders focusing on key work order observations, issues, action plans (prepared working closely with local Ops teams), trends – both past and forecasts, any potential risks and opportunities.
  • Management and data collection of customer satisfaction surveys and creation of link between work order volumes, quality and type of work identifying zone of focus areas to be addressed based on feedback and CSAT levels analysis.
  • Assistance with Ad hoc reports and requests, supporting Global Performance Integrated Lead as needed – possibility to support other accounts.
  • Delivery of new initiatives using advanced technology, driving innovation and promotion of continuous improvement.
  • Building strong business relationships with local Ops teams and regional CBRE leadership.
  • Active daily monitoring of data flows and proactively targeting any potential gaps and failures.
  • Dynamic collaboration with team of CMMS SMEs, supporting TRM and assisting Compliance Manager as necessary.
  • Provision of trainings to wider account team on work order management, especially aspects that can potentially impact performance, KPIs or statutory compliance.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent in English language – German or any other language is an advantage
• Strong business, professional communication skills
• Proven experience with data analytics, business intelligence reporting and creation of presentations
• Strong analytical skills
• Expert in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Advanced in Outlook and meeting organization
• Good presentation skills
• Experience with BI Tools is a great advantage (ideally Tableau)
• Experience with building and managing customer satisfaction surveys is an advantage
• Experience with any collaboration tool (ideally Smartsheet)
