Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

CBRE client has outsourced the execution of the project and maintenance operations in retail sites to CBRE, which is fully accountable for the end-to-end project and maintenance delivery.

Main responsibilities:

  • Be the local point for suppliers, stations and client
  • Actively manage suppliers, promote and monitor the safe carrying out of work
  • Conduct Asset Condition Surveys of the stations
  • Ensure the plan and execution of the annual service and inspections
  • Track statutory compliance requirements for the service station to verify that work
mandated by government or client regulations is completed
  • Keep updated internal database – asset module, job plans, inspections, etc.
  • Verify invoices for work undertaken at service stations to validate the cost
  • Carry out quality checks of completed maintenance and repair work
  • Assist or organize simple tenders - sending invitations to the tender and summarize the
results eventually. Sending updates of the tender. Evaluate the results.
  • Engaged in all activities associated with the internal system and its updates
  • Manage and administer supply chain – responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of
invoices, evaluate price offers, archiving of documents, etc.
  • Support of the other CBRE teams (finance, PMC, operations, call center, GSAP)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Basic technical knowledge of project activities and the field.
Knowledge of accounting and operations related to billing.
Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives.
Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback.
Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations.
