• You will be responsible for the business results in the specific market.
• Motivate, and manage a stable sales team that sells cars to the end-user.
• Set up the business plan, and report regularly.
• Develop the client's satisfaction, and evaluate it on a regular basis.
• Participate on the creation of strategy (strategy for sales and purchasing).
