In this interesting and challenging position you’re part of the Global Network Development team responsible for handling daily administrative and organizational tasks within the department. If you are proactive, self-motivated person eager to broaden horizons within the international freight forwarding company this is the right opportunity for you.

In your role you will be mainly responsible for:
  • daily administrative and organizational tasks in cooperation with the line management
  • support international colleagues for Agent business
  • mail correspondence with worldwide Agents
  • Due Diligence Process (Agent Application form, company registration document)
  • Contract Management (Agreement, CTLT, Appointment letter)
  • creation of Agent accounts
  • SPOT Settings (SOPs, SLA, SPOT Reports, KPI Management)
  • keeping documents in evidence for follow-up
  • preparation Agent validation Board once a year per area (for Top Agents)
  • managing Ticket System (evaluation, reports)
