Project Management 75%
Execute CPS customer projects to cost, quality and timing targets of CC and customer, put emphasis on strong involvement of the plants from the start of a project and utilization of the gate system.
Pursue effective GM oriented change management throughout the customer project development phase, meet all CC project quality gates.
Acquisition support 25%
Based on a close interaction with NEV customers (purchasing and engineering), technology scouting and public network consortia: Deduce NEV challenges falling within CC product portfolio and competencies.
Coordinate internal discussions, testings, quoting activities and ensure timely feedback to customers regarding solutions to these problems.
Lead "early phase", material, customer and product development projects with sales, product and process development.
Actively support sales in acquisition projects, assure regular customer contact, make sure with sales in a team that all customer needs are met and questions answered.
Compare and cross-sell NEV products from one region to another by means of aligning with respective counterparts.
