Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
As a Financial Manager your main tasks and duties of the position would include:
Bookkeeping and preparation of the Local Statutory Accounts according to the local accounting;
Vat declarations, Tax returns and other fiscal obligations according to the local regulations;
Preparation of internal management reports to the branch country manager;
Preparation of Group reporting according to the headquarter instructions (monthly sales’ turnover report, quarterly management income statement, monthly financial forecast, year-end closing reporting package and financial statement according to IFRS);
Coordination of relationships with third parties: external advisors, banks and auditors;
Establishing internal control procedures.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (MSc or MBA welcome);
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, auditing and preparation of financial reports;
Strong knowledge and good understanding IAS/IFRS principles;
Linguistic skills: fluent English (spoken and written);
Very good knowledge of MS-Office;
Knowledge of SAP is appreciated;
A dynamic, flexible, open minded and hands on approach, good interpersonal skills;
Availability for short business trips;
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
