Facility Manager (m/f) - C&A is looking for a highly motivated support for our Regional Distribution Center in Trnava starting with 01.02.2019.

• Control and monitoring of maintenance and repair work of the Distribution Center and technical building equipment to ensure the functional safety of the facilities
• Responsibility of the entire process of fault messages
• Planning of supply and safety systems
• Leading a team
• Processing of displayed warranty defects and insurance damages
• Coordination and supervision of the construction project
• Contact person for external service providers
• Carrying out of electrical and mechanical repairs
• Monitoring and compliance with legal requirements and safety regulations
