Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a candidate for position of Key Account Manager; professional with at least three years’ experience in FMCG sales or marketing, at least two years as Key Account Manager, Brand or Trade Marketing experiences are welcomed.
Key accountabilities:
- Daily client’s management (online, personal meetings)
- Responsibility for delivering volume goals for top customers
- Preparing tailor made activities for customers to reach volume goals
- Sales plan proposals and business negotiations
- Development of strategy for the assigned clients
- Management of company portfolio strategy (listing of new SKUs)
- Minimalizing of OOS on retail level
- Reporting to senior management
- Line manager of Key Account Specialist
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in sales or marketing – at least 2 years as a KAM
- Knowledge of FMCG market (previous experience with Petrol Station or Independent wholesale business is an advantage)
- Assertive and clear communication
- Business and financial acumen
- Very good negotiation and communication skills
- Creative person with drive for results
- Analytical thinking
- Act as a business owner, self-starter, ready to go extra mile
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook)
- Driving license B
- Fluent English knowledge
