Industrialization Engineer

- Knowledge of quality tools and TS ISO 16949 Automotive, TS ISO 13485
- Ensure appropriate timelines for timely completion of projects
- Establish and improve process capabilities
- Analyze problems using analytical solving techniques to provide systematic resolution to root cause
- Work with other engineering team members to pass return of experience from existing projects to design new products
- Create and refine process documentation, fixtures, etc. for new processes
- Support the quality function in corrective and preventative action implementation for internal and externally recognized failures
- Lead and support continuous improvement activities in the production area to improve quality and reduce cost
