Office Manager for wholesale company

BIO-ROM is a family owned business currently looking for an all-rounder who is eager to establish new work-flows, is enthusiastic in establishing new strategies is interested in diverse work tasks and is a multi-tasking person with any eye for detail. As we are an exporting / importing company it is important for us that the candidate has a good understanding of tasks within trading companies (writing invoices, establishing and checking basic import/export ducuments, preparing transporation for inner EU and third country transportation,...)
We are looking for somebody who helps us create a more dynamic office life and has good interpersonal skills combined with a strong personality has an enterprineral thinking and understands what it means to run a company.
Your tasks would include but are not limited to dealing with new orders, creating invoices, communication with warehouse, ordering transportation, taking the phone, finding and contacting suppliers, manage organization of server, ...
SLOVAK language is a MUST, office communication is english.
