What will you be in charge of?

BBG is successfully operating in 22 Countries in EU, US & Turkey. We are profitable and our growth is well above Market growth. However, the DNA of BBG is that we are always strive to be better and we know that with a detailed steering we can be even more successful in our Countries. We truly believe that we can turn in each of them our portfolio to “Brands of choice” in our categories. We think that in the Markets of BBG and in new Markets around the globe is still a lot of opportunity to grow.

This is the reason why we are searching for new BBG members motivated to face the challenge with strong market understanding, experience in e-commerce and good managing skills.

As a Country manager in BBG you are responsible for the overall success of a country or region and understand the its needs to get there.

The scope of responsibility

You take on the responsibility of the full scope of the business unit. This requires a solid understanding and focus on the full value chain of the business; from forecasting and purchasing, supply chain and distribution networks, customer satisfaction, sales and marketing right through to after sales service and returns.

· You must conduct the research necessary to understand the legal and administrative steps for establishing the business.
· You must also gain knowledge on the operational processes existing already within BBG and be prepared to localize them to specific market needs.
· You will define the target channels and product assortment to enter the market with.
· You will play a key role in establishing the work system (ERP) as well as understanding how it can be used to enable your defined processes.
· In order to build up your infrastructure in the local market (distribution network, experts, support functions) you must engage, negotiate, and build relationships with external parties.
· You must plan your sales forecast and related cost lines that constitute the budgeted P&L and create the initial steering dashboards that help you reach that budget.

Having the future vision in mind
Key global markets have a clear strategic relevance for BBG therefore it is crucial that the business is run with these strategic visions in mind.

· You will help shape the direction of the market expansion and define the business goals through budget ownership
· You will play a central role in recruiting and building the team needed to scale the business.
· It is crucial that key global markets align and integrate processes with the relevant core business departments. You must understand and co-ordinate the core business to drive this integration.

You have an education

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

You speak foreign languages

English - Advanced (C1) and Spanish - Proficiency (C2)

You have years of experience

Give the wide scope of responsibility you must also have the management and leadership skills to steer a time a team.

· At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or Retail on similar positions like Country management or Business development.
· Expert in excel
· Skills in project management are welcome
· Skills in PowerBI are welcome
· Native speaker of the managed countr
