Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your role:
- Your responsibility will be „Call intake“ - first line helpdesk service provider of the IT support for end users in specific application function
- You will be responsible for coordination and liaison between end users and second line support
- You will be responsible for involving or executing the project roll-out as assigned by a management
- You will also monitor and report the system performance and service SLA
- As the trainer you will provide IT training to the end users, execute the site visit and do the action follow-up
- You will work in line with valid documentation and create new one
