Job description, responsibilities and duties
• production planning, scheduling and coordinating of production using SAP
• analyze and monitor the material situation, manage the material supply
• capacity planning (partially)
• maintain the planning parameters in the system, monitor supplier´s deliveries
• coordinate and execute scheduling activities for assigned part numbers
• assure that the production has the necessary materials
• coordinate input on material shortages
• identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements
• monitor implementation of corrective action plans
• collaborate with manufacturing sources to implement corrective action plans
• analyze and measure the current production status and identify problem areas that inhibit full schedule realization
• analyze data to determine opportunities to optimize inventory
• improve suppliers OTD, maximize customer OTD
• driving improvements to minimize obsolescence and scraps
• new project involvement in a field of logistic and material supply
• coordination customers CAT 1 project (customized series)
