Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible for final machining department
Responsible for the output of the each single machine in time and quality required
Responsible for preparation of the saving project improving tools, jigs, CNC programs
Project cost and cost tracking, monitoring and controls of the various saving projects
Achievement tracking and report
Develop and maintain production efficiency/cost controls with effective system and policies
Analyze and improve the process flow of the department improving the utilization of the available IT system in order to increase the automation of the activity
Report the monthly activity problems and achievements to the top management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Hard skills

Minimum bachelor´s degree
Clear and proven experience in same position in industrial group, better if on the mechanical and steel works
Good English skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of accounting system QAD is a plus.

Highly accurate and efficient
Good management and organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills
