Job description, responsibilities and duties
- hiring of new employees, cooperation with human resources department and temporary employment agencies
- management of budget compliance (without approval competence)
- selection of subcontractors and price offers management based on planned internal activities
- control and management of warehouse stock and warehouse capacity
- cooperation with selection and management of handling equipment and forklifts in the warehouse
- communication with supplier of handling equipments and forklifts, assurance of regular inspections and services
- preparation and implementation of activities, focused on safety and efficiency increasing in warehouse, inbound, allocation and storage of goods, consolidation, outbound
- monthly and quarterly reporting to local authorities about waste management, preparation of expected cost for waste remaining in SK and Invoice
