Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Be responsible for the accounts payable process
- Posting invoices, dealing with multiple country tax codes
- Analyzing and paying employee and credit card expenses
- Auditing import tax charges and liaise with logistic team
- Setting up payments using online banking and liaising with group treasury, and ensuring all payments are correctly authorized and processed
- Providing assistance for the purchase order process and periodically monitor and review
- Preparing and analyzing the month end journals including accruals
- BOA posting of expenses and administrator to reset users
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT and corporate tax reporting
- Assisting with audit and other statutory reporting requirements
- Other ad hoc tasks

- strong computer skills in MS Office, Excel in particular
- strong accounting, analytical, and problem solving skills
- fluent knowledge of English and Russian language is a must.
