Job description, responsibilities and duties


  •      responsible for forecasting processes in cooperation with Sales and Marketing department - focus on forecasting & related statistical modeling / data analysis. Plays a lead role in the monthly demand agreement process.
  •      analyze multiple history streams including POS/consumption data, and inventory change projections with the goal to execute the cross-functional consensus process and ensure forecast accuracy.
  •      manages monthly S&OP forecast consensus process, is responsible for the rolling 18 month demand plans & Lifecycle Planning Management
  •      responsible for communication with sales, marketing and finance departments to obtain consistent forecast inputs.
  •      systematically identify and work to reconcile discrepancies and close gaps among inputs on an ongoing basis.
  •      track monthly forecast results versus established targets, identify potential root causes for forecast errors.
  •      lead and participate in major process improvement activities.

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

French - Upper intermediate (B2) or English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills


  •          university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
  •          strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge. Understanding of multiple regression models.
  •          previous experience in consumer products forecasting and/or supply chain operations experience.
  •          knowledge of forecasting applications or supply planning software and/or SAP, APO.
  •          strong working knowledge of Excel, Access, and Word.
  •          good communication skills, team player, positive mindset and ability to learn quickly.
  •          fluent knowledge of English and French language is a must.
