Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

  • Cooperate with managers and employees in our Hungarian business in HR related issues
  • Corporate with Group HQ in Prague, regular reporting on employees matters
  • You will be responsible for payroll process coordination together with external payroll company
  • You will be also responsible for employees contracts, labor issues, people development and terminations
  • You have to coordinate and support the recruitment processes for the 2 branches
  • You will be responsible for the annual performance appraisal,
  • You will have two subordinates and will cooperate with the HR colleagues across our countries but mainly with the Prague office.
  • You´ll have opportunity to use your English on daily basis

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • Previous experience in HR business partnering, proven track record in the HR areas mentioned above
  • Experience in working with international HR Business
  • Be positively minded and like to communicate across various levels of our organization
  • Speak fluently or nearly fluently English, Hungarian language as native language, knowledge of Czech or Slovak language would be a big advantage
  • Have knowledge of Hungarian Labor Code
  • Have a proactive and results oriented attitude, like to work in a friendly corporate culture, be a team player
  • Be comfortable working independently, improvise if a new situation arises, have an analytical thinking and social skills
  • Experience with employer branding would be nice to have
