We are looking for strongly motivated individual with drive and organized personality, willingness to learn new things, who will face challenges with self-reflection. Advanced Excel would be a a good start and everything else we can teach you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and keep physical / electronic record of personnel files and all labour-related documentation
• Administer the dedicated databases and ensure all data are correct, valid & recorded complexly and in time
• Prepare all data requested for reporting in desired structure, quality and in time
• On-boarding and leaving process coordination
• On monthly basis prepare, summarize and send payroll inputs to assigned partners
• Calculate monthly bonuses
• Administer employees’ benefits within the assigned area
• Actively cooperate with external partners in the area of Health and Safety
• Various projects related to implementation of new processes or to improvement of the processes already running.

• Languages: local + English: min. intermediate level
