Location: Bratislava/Kosice, Slovakia
Limited contract: 1 year - starting March 2020

This is an opportunity to be part of the International Program Management team that provides project and program management for medium to large sized projects within AT&T International.
The successful candidate will be expected to operate within a matrix organization and to develop effective working relationships with all Stakeholders including the wider International HR team, third parties, domestic HR and business unit representatives.

You will be responsible for the supporting the delivery of medium to large sized projects for International HR, often within set deadlines. You thrive when co-ordinating meetings and ensuring project meeting outcomes and actions are completed, kept on track and within budget. The Program Management support for M&A Deals excites you, specifically working with all HR stakeholders both internationally and domestically. You ensure the “people” aspect is compliant with local laws and policies are adhered to.

You are a strong collaborator who loves to support other teams on e.g. reporting or communications.
Where necessary you are working with third parties to collect information and present findings to the wider HR teams or business unit representatives. You also like the variety of providing operational project support on an AVP/VP Level, which may also require to prepare business cases, resource plans and analysing spend against budget.

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Suitable candidates will be expected to demonstrate:
• Fluency in English - both spoken and business written
• Excellent communication skills, written, oral and presentation style
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Self-confidence, knowledgeable and pragmatic
• Ability to manage high volumes of complex work and able to meet strict deadlines
• Cultural Awareness
• Ability to work in a remote management environment with limited supervision

Education and Qualifications:
• A University Degree or professional HR qualification
• Ideally a Project Management certification or understanding of PM methodology (Agile)
• Solid experience with MS Office
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an International HR function
• Experience managing projects ideally on an International scale
• Flexibility to work across different time-zones from time to time to meet project deliverables
