Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Process Manager is responsible for the analysis, development and documentation of desk level processes for existing products as well as new product introductions. You will be responsible for implementing techniques, which will ensure quality levels are maintained using best practices when developing and maintaining process documentation, process flows and training.

This role will include facilitating meetings, representing the organization on cross-organization projects, and performing detailed analysis of activities performed in the centers to highlight data trending, identify process gaps, develop creative solutions and communicate findings to the organization leadership, previous experience will be essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Process Manager activities will require working with peers, the GBRT centers, and outside organizations to develop the best operational model for the project.

You will be responsible for developing operational project plans and meeting timelines for implementations of new product introductions or process improvements into the centers. Researches and develops user requirements for system enhancements, develops and conducts training of teams on new products and updates to process.

Key Competencies and Skills:
  • Fluent English language communication skills are required, including proficient writing ability.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Business Process Analysis and design.
  • Strong Data Analysis.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong critical thinker.

Education and Qualifications:
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Four-year degree in Business or Technology related fields or equivalent work experience (5 years).

Additional Information:
Work hours will be setup to cover part US and part local Slovakia hours. For example, start time may be 8 am 3 days a week and 11 am 2 days a week to cover project calls.


Salary from 1560 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
