Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Billing Accounting Sr. Associate will work directly in the regional billing systems to:
• perform customer account setup
• load monthly feeds
• process bill triggers including billing element ids and applicable rates as per contract
• perform bill validation
• generate invoices and post electronically.
Billing Accounting Sr. Associate will also interface with the Global Bill Resolution Team in order resolve complex customer billing inquiries and/or disputes.
