Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Serve as a Tier 2 Escalation point for billing disputes (ensure timely resolution and prioritization).
• Conduct Issues Root-causes Analysis and define remediation plans
• Pro-actively manage Disputed Accounts Receivables
• Partner with the Account Team (Sales & Service Management) to educate the Customer on AT&T Billing Related
• Involve all teams to complete project work
• Host Customer Alignment Calls with partnering teams (Service Management, Sales, Collections) to drive synergies and alignment
• Development and regular delivery of agreed reporting of project progress to stake holders

• Ability to cope with deadlines & prioritize workload
• Previous Experience in a Customer facing role is an advantage
• Project Management/ Business Analysis Experience is advantage
