Job description, responsibilities and duties
Location: Kosice or Bratislava, Slovakia
Working hours: US working hours
Responsible for quality control and auditing, resolving data discrepancies, and analyzing system changes for quality assurance
Main responsibilities:
∙ Create deal-specific Monthly Discrepancy Reports to identify asset/inventory related discrepancies and works with Life Cycle Management (LCM) and partner organizations to resolve issues
∙ Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across platforms, multiple business applications, and collaborate with LCM/partner organizations to remediate issues
∙ Work directly with the user community and business analysts to define and document asset data requirements
∙ Adhere to and promote the use of data administration standards (i.e., Minimum Data Sets, best practices, etc…)
∙ Assist client, LCM and partner organizations with interpretation of field mapping, equivalent field categorization between systems, tools and needed formats (i.e., is text free form or numeric, character length, etc.)
∙ Assist with monthly contractual Asset/Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) reports to the client, as well as to the Business Management team to be incorporated into deal-specific Service Level Agreement Dashboards (as required)
∙ Perform administrative changes and prepare templates data loads
∙ Assist with triaging production problems and help route to appropriate support organizations
∙ Tool Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing/Operational Readiness Testing (UAT/ORT) activities

Personality requirements and skills
- English - C1
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Visio, Excel & MS Project)
- Knowledge of CMDB / ORACLE Database Structure – understand referential integrity and relationships within complex databases used by multiple enterprise level applications.
- Experience with Business Objects or other report creation software
- Leadership skills and experience, High performer, self-motivator, and team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer interface and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, dependable with strong negotiation and analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task under constrained timelines.
- Business Acumen with background in Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Life Cycle Management and Billing processes.
- Ability to work in multi-discipline cross-organizational teams to achieve results under tight timeframes.
- Experience in SQL and experience with data mapping tools
- ITIL, Six Sigma and technical certifications preferred
