Job description, responsibilities and duties

Service Delivery provide hands on technical support to end user devices and services including PCs, HVD thin clients, telephony, printers and mobile devices.

Your responsibilities will be:
• providing end-users with IT on-site support as needed, performing installation, configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of desktop software and hardware, network components, remote access, and other IT infrastructure and telecommunication matters as well as ensuring that all supported client software performs to specification
• verifying that users are in full compliance with company standards, security, and are fully licensed for whatever products they are using
• configuration new PCs with the standard AT&T image, and delivery to the end-user, with training as necessary
• participating in the development of quality tools and quality management processes in a continuous improvement environment

Working time: EMEA hours (9.00AM - 5.30PM)
Location: Bratislava
Fixed term contract for 1 year
