Recruitment & Administrative Support for HR department

This position is for Arval Regional Center, which is supporting over 15 Arval entities located all over Europe. We are providing following services - accounting, controlling, driver helpdesk, technical/maintenance support, car data, remarketing, insurance claim management etc. Arval Regional Center has been established in 2015 and currently is employing over 180 people contributing to the success of other Arval entities in countries like – Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland etc.
Your ultimate focus will be to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
You will be in charge of the whole process from posting the advertisement, briefing the recruitment agencies, prescreen phone calls, filtering the candidates, personally attending the interviews, preparing feedback summaries for hiring managers, sharing feedbacks with candidates and agencies, coordinates the offers and administrate the enlisting of the new employees in our internal platforms and systems.
Main competencies on this position:
  • Developing a good understanding of each position, requirements and competencies
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts – Profesia, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates
  • Language proofing – mostly German language and English language
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
  • Preparing CVs and prescreen summaries to forward to respective hiring managers
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the hiring managers
  • Informing candidates and agencies about the results of interviews
  • Negotiating pay and salary offers and finalising arrangements
  • Contributing and giving feedback on internal recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process
  • Enrolling the new employees in Arval internal systems and platforms
  • Compiling statistics of recruitment process, managing the internal evidence of candidates according to Arval policies
  • Daily cooperation with other HR Team members
  • Attending the HR meetings and meetings with hiring managers
