Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be responsible for cross checking of payments according to AML policy of BNP Paribas Group . The main job responsibilities will be data screening and comparison in Excel. The agenda includes also master data adjustments for all serviced countries. /
- Responsible for internal control accounting agenda for serviced countries
- Internal control of payments and bank transfer in internal tools and software
- Validation of master data for financial transaction purposes
- Reporting of possible AML activities in relation with bank transfers and payments
- Handle all the task on time with potential support provided to colleagues within the department
- Manage all the tasks delegated from the managers are fulfilled on time and correctly
- Manage all the responsibilities in a positive matter for employer
- Be at disposal for demands either from compliance, internal customers and management
- Close cooperation with the teams of ARC and all countries supported by ARC
- Creating and updating Excel reports
- Comparison of payment data with master data
- Adjusting and editing master data to achieve improving report accuracy
- Notifying any suspicious transactions
- Responsibility for archiving documentation
- Following internal processes
- Working instruction preparation and participation on procedures preparation
- Statistics submission
- Internal control preparation and follow up
- Acting in-line with managers requests and demands
