Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Reporting to Manufacturing Process Manager
• Leading and developing Process Engineering Department
• Developing, assigning and optimizing processes and KPIs
• Implementing engineering changes (ECNs) in time
• Working in ERP system (IFS)
• Structuring bill of materials (BOMs), manage the system and processes
• Creating production structure (per product), routings and production flow logic
• Cooperating within the process of continuous improvement
• Supporting other departments
• Communicating with external and internal auditors

• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems
• Knowledge of IFS, FMEA and ISO 9001 would be a benefit
• Active knowledge of English language (at least B2 level)
• Good PC user (MS Excel, Visio)
• Strong organization skills
• Positive “can do” attitude
• Result oriented and proactive approach
• Dynamic with strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and create collaboration across departments
• Minimum 6 years´ experience in the BOM process engineering area
