Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Building and motivating a team of 4 direct reports within manufacturing, production planning and logistics, quality control and production engineering
- Ensuring oversee the implementation and results of actions from day shift to achieve the plant cost reduction targets
- Driving the use of lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve OEE within the plant
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and service according to corporate principles
Having overall accountability for controlling CAPEX and Plant expense spend based on budget/ forecast
- Ensuring oversee the implementation and results of actions from day shift to achieve the plant cost reduction targets
- Driving the use of lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve OEE within the plant

- Significant management experience working within a production environment, preferably automotive
- Strong LEAN manufacturing experience
- Overview and experience in managing CAPEX and
- Strong drive, determination and leadership skills to lead from the front and get the best out of team
- Strong communication skills with proven ability of working proactively with cross functional plant leadership teams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide systematic solutions to issues that arise
