Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Having full responsibility, management and control of group of sales representatives in Hungary
- Managing and being responsible for the growth of the company´s business function, sales plans, ensuring profitability and customer service optimization
- Planning of company´s sales and marketing strategy
- Preparing and implementing sales plans and budgets
- Supporting sales representatives in negotiations with key partners
- Ensuring coaching and trainings for sales representatives
- Making observations and analysis of market and competitors
- Fulfilling any other objectives in accordance with company strategy
- Summarising activities of sales department, preparing reports about sold quantities and turnover
- Evaluating achieved goals of sales representatives
