Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Developing and implementing the HR strategy of a company and positioning on the labor market in Slovakia (2 entities in 2 different cities) and CEE in alignment with the company´s HR strategy
• Contributing and fostering growth within the company
• Planning, innovating and managing all human resource initiatives according to company´s business plan, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, employer brand and employee relations of an organization
• Acting as a legal executive of the company (also in commercial register)
• Participating on the overall company strategy planning, being responsible for its HR part as well as company values and organizational development
• Acting as a strategic partner for business leaders of the company and also for headquarter, in the broader context of the business development and expansion to meet set targets and KPis
• Keeping approved roadmap for on-boarding of NatCo/LBU/Nearshoring into active usage of services provided by company
• Successfully managing Data Transparency function – selecting staff, coordinating with headquarter to set up starting program, making sure all technical conditions and connections are in place
• Ensuring efficient budget management
• Coming with proposals for new services to be taken on-board in the company
• Taking initiative and being an ambassador to launch these services on profitable business case base
• Ensuring collaboration and fostering empower to perform programs
• Leading and developing local HR organization
• Ensuring HR services to the customers are on professional level, being prepared to take on new activities as required
• HR internal function is efficient, acting in line with Group guidelines, acting pro-actively in solving personal issues
• Ensuring all legal requirements are met with special focus on labor code and all related employees’ relations topics, health and safety of employees, legal issues are properly cared for
• Preventing the company from passive legal cases or other legal risks
• Participating on preparation of company budget with the aim to prepare so accurate as possible the budget and IPF for future periods, reflecting the expected future growth
