Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Managing department of human resources
- Keeping good relations with local state administration and authorities
- Communicating and coordinating local industrial organization
- Being responsible for recruitment and selection of employees
- Motivating of employees aimed at high performance of the company
- Managing and implementing payroll standards within company
- Ensuring observance of the budget, cost controlling in compliance with stated
budget
- Managing occupational safety and health issues
- Proposing and implementing the company’s HR and Labor policy within the
organization
- Preparing HR development plans and training plans

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Professional profile:
- University degree, preferably with specialization in management and HR
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an international company / production business
- Experience with employee motivation: salary policy, professional development, communication, keep sustainable and friendly social climate
- Administrative management, knowledge of Slovak Labour code, contracts, tax and social contribution
- PC skills: MS Office, Internet, Lotus Notes, SAP is an advantage
