Job description, responsibilities and duties

o First point of contact for the clients and partners
o Answer any incoming phone calls and email communication while providing basic information when needed
o Visitors' meeting & travel arrangements
o Taking care of office properties and supply
o Company events organisation
o Coordinating facility management related tasks
o Document management (collecting, scanning of employee's documents)
o Administrative support on ad hoc basis
