• Researches market to identify new opportunities and forecast market trends and conducts competitive research and analyzes benchmarking data
• Manages and designs the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata
• Supports the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
• Supports initiatives for data integrity, maintains data dashboards and develops corresponding data visualizations (SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Supports in the development of business intelligence reports focusing on market data (market volumes, economics, competitors) and internal performance (CRM)
• Delivers ad-hoc reports and information for internal clients (Industry Management, Product Management, Sales, R&D)
• Supports the development and implemention of digital marketing campaigns through internal marketing automation tool (Marketo)
• Reports on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
• Keeps abreast of new technologies and digital marketing trends
• Supports in general marketing activities such as online marketing or content
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
