Job description, responsibilities and duties

As CRM Expert and Divisional Key User (m/f) you understand the sales process of Metal business as well as manage the needs and requirements of your Business Unit.
You will also coach, educate and train your key users and support them where necessary. You will be working in close cooperation with the local and global team.

Your tasks:
• Optimize and develop division specific training material and methodology
• Coordinate and execute user trainings and updates (mainly online)
• Document and communicate feedback, status and progress to global team
• Support User and Key User
• Analyze, identify and capture optimization possibilities and support their implementation
• Management of Sales Reports, Responsibilities (roles, access, content, requirements)
• Core Data Maintenance

• Business education (University) or similar practical experience in business to business environment (B2B)
• Knowledge of sales and CRM processes in B2B and interested in becoming an expert in all areas of the CRM application
• High level of English (spoken and written), other languages of advantage.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop instructional material that can be easily understood
• Target-oriented, self-dependent and proactive way of work
• Affinity to IT
