Main responsibilities:
1. Complete membership agenda - membership retention, engagement and satisfaction
2. Membership recruitment – active identification of new targets
3. Preparation of membership engagement statistics, analyses and documentation
4. Preparation of membership related publications, updates and materials
5. Monitoring and issue identification of the membership for further policy/advocacy efforts
6. External relations, strategic partnerships and regional/international outreach
7. Fundraising
8. Cooperation with Finance Officer
9. Organization of member tours and SME-related events
10. Fundraising and preparing of membership packages
11. Cooperation with Finance Officer

The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) was founded in 1993 in Bratislava as an independent and self funded organization financed exclusively through the contributions of its members. In September 2003 a new branch of AmCham was opened in Košice to help foster economic development in the Eastern Slovak region. Today it is one of the most active international chambers of commerce in Slovakia with a current membership list containing more than 350 international and Slovak companies, including many of the largest and most important firms in Slovakia.
