DESCRIPTION
Our dynamic Retail Account Management team is looking for a Team Lead to manage team of Account Managers in Bratislava. We are looking for a strong and experienced people manager with outstanding communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and maximize business growth opportunities, all in a fast-paced and changing environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about people management and with a desire to learn more about retail business. If you are that person, we definitely want to hear from you! As Retail Account Management Team Lead you will be -
- responsible for leading a team of up to 8 Account Managers, focusing on team growth, coaching and development
- expected to lead and drive EU-wide projects
- own and/or manage key performance metrics
- drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and EU stakeholders

About Retail Account Management (RAM)
Retail Account Management Team manages Amazon EU mid- and long-tail vendors. Account Managers proactively engage with vendors addressing key elements of operational performance, as well as effectively manage escalations of complex problems from Vendors. They have an in-depth knowledge of retail processes and are able to act as a generalist / consultant to vendors, removing blockers where needed and helping their business grow. They act as the vendors' voice by collecting feedback and utilizing it as inputs for process improvements and innovations.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic qualifications:
- Fluent level of English; additional language advantage
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in people management
- Experience with managing projects with regional complexity
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Easily approachable, cooperative and a team player
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Further qualifications would be a plus:
- Additional Language skills
- Previous retail business experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities
- Analytical and quantitative skills
