EQL Engineering Quality Leader (Stamping Shop)

Generic mission of the EQL:
The EQL is responsible for the quality synthesis for a design business perimeter. In this scope, it puts the design of the business under
quality assurance, verifying compliance with the quality requirements and ensuring, if necessary, the necessary methodological
support. It contributes to the improvement of processes and the establishment of design agreements, as well as the advancement
of major technical facts and quality risks.
Some EQL also have complementary missions.

Missions and activities of the EQL during the industrialization :
- Report to the project and business stakeholders, the results of the quality results, in particular through the “TDB
industrialization” and confirm the respect of the quality trajectories by checking the progress of the actions (weekly
reporting = highlights, Dashboard Geometry and Aspect, preparation of technical journals with the project Stamping
Manager).
- Support the deployment of Quality standards.
- Control the geometrical convergence of parts.
Analysis and communication of batch measurement results
Organization of the sharing sessions between CEMB and BIWE.
Management of customer default processing and in particular the "Rest to Do" approach in liaison with BIWE
Piloting the Waiver Process
Formalization of definitive IT.
- Demerit aspect: organize and pilot the implementation of the exhaustive demerit (AQS) as well as restitution to the
stamping trade to achieve Aspect convergence.
- Pilot IQA convergence in the industrialization phase by participating in the renditions of the IQA and DVT project
demerits and reporting to CEMB; pilot the passage of the parts which require it in reference commission.
- Organize the customer protection (retouch): define and engage the retouching aspect and geometry just needed
and verification of the successful completion of the edits.
- Define the quality acceptance states of internal parts.
- Design and Control Monitoring: guarantee the deployment of internal parts monitoring plans; ensure the validation of
control ranges and control models: Control the availability of internal parts.
- Qualification of internal manufacturing process, (risk and standard processes):
Establish qualifying groups and organize initialization and follow-up meetings; Animate and contribute to the
progressive qualification of industrial processes
Participate in the Steering Committees and present the intermediate and final results
Validate the final qualification statement
