- works in a restaurant kitchen
- has to be able to prepare dishes (starters, salads, main courses, soups, sauces), for an European / International Cuisine
- must have previous cooking experience in hotels or good restaurants
- should be co-operative and be able to work with a team of people
- must know and practice good hygiene in the kitchen Technician (electrician)
- should be co-operative and be able to work with a team of people
must be flexible with the time schedule (split shifts)
