Business Consultant

• Analyze the customer business and understand their critical processes, pain points and areas of opportunity to resolve using a solution from Exceedra
• Serve as the communication point for the functional teams to translate business requirements into system configurations and data flow exchange set up.
• Serve as a Solutions and Implementations consultant well-versed in business practices for Exceedra’s Retail Execution software in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze and document business requirements and high-level user stories for the design and development of software enhancements based on “the current customer business, their needs and their expected outcome of the implementation of a latest generation Retail Execution and Sales solution.
• Analyze configuration with the objective of explaining to a customer why the application behaves a certain way.
• Provide sufficient training to key users of the application in order to enable them to be autonomous and run both testing cycles and live instances of the solution
• Create product presentations and training materials by using the standard communication materials available and using any corporate guidelines for such matters and conduct those trainings with customer users
• Provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensures all customer action requests are completed within schedule and delivered satisfactorily to the client’s requirements.
• Support Pre-Sales initiatives alongside sales team
