IT Infrastructure Administrator - night and weekend shifts

We are looking for IT administrators that will be complement an existing team located in Germany during off-business hours. A person at this position will be working 12-hour shifts during nights and weekends only.

Responsibilities and tasks of IT Infrastructure administrator are as follows:

- daily operations of customer IT infrastructure (windows servers, vmware infrastructure, backups and storager)
- timely resolution of Incident tickets generated by infrastructure monitoring
- execution of planned changes like server patching, planned maintenance reboots, hardware replacement or upgrades... etc)
- fullfulment of customer requests (provisioning of new VMs, backups, storage services etc)
- working with ServiceNow ticketing system
- participation in internal and customer facing conference calls

Candidates should have experience with 2 of the following technologies:
- Windows server administration (typically HP Proliant class)
- VMWare administration
- Enterprise storage administration (ideally NetApp)
- Basic network infrastructure administration
- Backup and restore technologies (ideally Veeam)

Good level of English language is required (German language is definitely an advantage). We are looking for people who are willing to working outside of normal business hours, willing to learn new technologies and work in an international setting and who are perhaps tired for working for large corporations as we are a small yet dynamically growing IT company
