Part-Time Student HR Assistant

For our Bratislava Business Centre we are currently seeking to recruit a

Part-time Student - HR Assistant

Job Description:

• The main responsibility of Student in HR Department is to be an executive assistant of HR Business Partner
• Internal systems and databases administration: Workday, LMS ( Learning management systems), Sharepoint
• HR administration (preparation of contracts, contract amendments, employee files audit)
• Preparation of reports in MS Excel
• Communication with staffing team, leaders, employees, internal/external trainers
• Delivering Training registration information to potential future participants
• Preparation of documents for internal + external trainings (e.g. invitations, attendance, nameplates,
  materials, feedbacks,…) - accordingly to the need and requirement
• Ad hoc activities related HR/ Learning & Development agenda

Job Requirements:

• University Student
• Upper- intermediate English skills (B2 level), any other language is advantage
• Ability to work at least 20 hours/ week for a longer period (next coming year)
• Detail oriented and responsible person with pro-active approach able to learn quickly
• Good communication skills (written and spoken communication)
• Ability to work in team

We offer base gross salary 5 euro / hour.
