Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our technical development center in Trenčín, we are currently seeking to recruit a FMEA coordinator
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure Quality Chain by moderation of SDT meetings (consistency between D-FMEA and P-FMEA / CP), carried out in all upcoming development projects in all development locations and plants. Manage complex programs to achieve overview about linkages, timing and responsibilities
-Follow of the Quality Chain process templates and its integration into the Adient valid software in the Product Groups / Plants
-Support continuous improvement of QC method and standards
-Usage of all Adient standards and systems (BOS, PLUS, Lean, CPP, CMP, EPIC, BEP…)
-Support SDT team / plants and suppliers to understand Product engineering requirements
-Maintain & report projects status with tactical plans in Roadmap
-Status reporting and escalation of Quality Chain progress
-Transfer experience from conducted analyses into all future projects
-Provide Portal training to engineering teams and plant teams
